Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park

Meet Lu the Hippo, Florida's most famous resident! This unique wildlife park features manatee rehabilitation, native Florida wildlife, and the legendary hippopotamus who was grandfathered in when the park became a state facility. The underwater observatory lets you view fish and manatees at eye level. Educational programs run throughout the day.
